Dr. Mohamed Macki, MD, MPH, is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon at Cleveland Clinic specializing in minimally invasive, robotic-assisted, and motion-preserving spine surgery. He earned his MD from Wayne State, completed neurosurgical training at Henry Ford Hospital, followed by fellowship at UCSF, and holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins. He is actively engaged in outcomes-driven research and is known for employing advanced techniques to enhance patient recovery.

Daniel M. Scuibba, MD, MBA Course Co-Chair
Daniel M. Sciubba, MD, MBA, serves as Senior Vice President of Neurosurgery at Northwell Health and Chair of Neurosurgery at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. A nationally recognized expert in spine surgery, he specializes in spinal tumors and deformities—including complex en bloc tumor resections—and leads innovation in minimally invasive approaches.

Joseph H. Schwab, MD, MS Course C-Chair
Joseph H. Schwab, MD, MS is Director of the Spine Oncology Program and Center for Surgical Innovation and Engineering at Cedars-Sinai. A professor of Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Computational Biomedicine, he specializes in complex spine surgery and musculoskeletal oncology. He has authored over 500 publications, founded the Skeletal Oncology Research Group, and holds multiple biomedical patents.
