Dave Sabey

Chairman, Founder

For over 50 years, Dave Sabey has built a network of visionary leaders, coaching teams that supported groundbreaking industries including Boeing, Starbucks, ADP, McCaw Cellular, and Exodus Communications. Through Sabey Corporation, he developed pioneering facilities and continues to drive innovation in real estate, data centers, healthcare, and life sciences. Dave founded the Seattle Science Foundation to foster global collaboration among top medical professionals, advancing cutting-edge surgical techniques. His ventures, including Optispan, leverage AI and data to optimize health and well-being. Dave remains committed to harnessing technology and innovation to solve global challenges and improve lives.

Rod Oskouian, MD

Board of Director

Dr. Oskouian is the Chief of Spine for the Providence Health System, ensuring system-wide integration of high-quality spine care. Dr. Oskouian is a nationally renowned expert in complex spine surgery, including trauma, tumors, and deformities. His research and clinical focus is on scoliosis, spinal deformities and anomalies, osteoporosis, spinal cord injury, degenerative disc disease, spinal oncology, stereotactic spinal radiosurgery, and minimally invasive spinal surgery. He has published over 400 publications in numerous medical journals and textbooks, including Neuroscience, Neurosurgery, Neurosurgical Clinics of North America, the Journal of Neurosurgery, Neurosurgical Focus and Spine. Dr. Oskouian is a leader in advancing robotic spine surgery.
